Brenda, of Viva Properties Inc., has been involved in the real estate business for over 37 years. She started buying rental properties in 1982 and has completed numerous renovations from minor fix ups to complete overhauls. She also managed many properties over the years. She started her career as a photographer and ran a thriving business for over 25 years. While doing so, maintained a foot in the real estate world where she educated herself on many aspects of the real estate business. She decided to go full time into real estate eight years ago. Currently, she prefers the BRRRR method. She holds 60 doors, a mix of single family and suited houses that are located in Edmonton, Alberta. She also has 2 single family houses in Houston, Texas.
