John Heeney and his wife Dorli are the owners of Tranquility Enterprises Inc. John has been a full-time real estate investor from Ontario for over nine years now with a focus on buying and holding suited houses and single family homes primarily in Edmonton AB. John first joined REIN in 2010 and attended his first of several ACRE events in Toronto and Edmonton. His specialty has always been Raising Capital through the use of Joint Ventures, RSP mortgages and Private Money. He owes the majority of his real estate education to REIN and what he began to learn at these ACRE events.
